At Pat Dougherty Law, PLC we have been assisting individuals and their families with any of their legal needs and can explain even the most complex facets of your case. We have been in business for over 24 years and Pat is licensed in the state of Michigan for any issue that you may have.  

He is authorized to practice law in all state courts in Michigan, including all state circuit courts, state district courts, the federal eastern district and western district courts, the bankruptcy court for the western and eastern districts of Michigan, the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. 

Pat is also authorized to practice law in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, which includes federal appeals from the federal courts in the state of Michigan and can even assist with any legal needs before the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians Tribal Court. 

He is licensed in the state of Florida, but he is not accepting litigation matters in Florida at this time.
